Torn!

Time to update this journal, what has it been, a year?
I need to post some of my newer art for sure, but I'll get to that later. Right now I'm feeling terribly torn! Divided, actually.

I'm trying to make the most important decision I have ever been faced with in my short life.

I am currently trying to decide what to do with my future. I've applied to two universities, one for journalism(Carleton) and one for film(Ryerson). Both are excellent programs for their field. One is in Toronto, the other Ottawa.

I will have to choose between the two by mid-May.
If I go for journalism, I will be studying something I know I am good at and could be successful with. If I choose film, I will be following a dream I've had for a long time, but with the risk of spending four years and a lot of money only to become an unsuccessful, starving artist.

Hmmm......
Any comments on my plight?
